About Building Energy Retrofits
See the connections before choosing the project.
Building Energy Retrofits is a planning and inquiry service for California multifamily owners managing changes across several building systems. Its focus is the decision between projects: dependencies, readiness and capital priorities.
Who we serve
Owners, property and asset managers, boards and affordable housing operators can use these guides to prepare a more complete project inquiry. Questions about heat pump HVAC, envelope, lighting or controls can all go in the same assessment request.
Referral disclosure
Building Energy Retrofits is a planning and referral service, not the contractor performing your work. We may receive compensation for a project referral.
With your consent, your details are shared with a qualified California contractor partner who will contact you about the work.
