How Building Energy Retrofits handles the information you send through the assessment form.
Information included in a request
The assessment form collects contact identifiers such as name, email and any phone number supplied; company and representative role; and property information such as location, unit count, equipment interests and planning notes. The originating page, referral URL and campaign parameters may accompany an inquiry.
Purpose and recipients
Building Energy Retrofits uses these details to review and respond to the property inquiry and, with the required consent, share it with a qualified California contractor partner. An optional marketing choice is separate from the required inquiry consent.
Form processing uses Cloudflare and submissions are stored in a restricted Google Sheets project-inquiry record, with access limited to the people who handle inquiries for this site.
Retention and requests
We keep your information indefinitely until you ask us to delete it. To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw optional communications, submit the Request a free assessment form and note your request.
Avoid including tenant identifiers, financial account details or sensitive resident information in the notes field.
